UPDATE: Omg. Finally got to try the egg in the pastry for breakfast (before 11 am), and it is the most AMAZING dish ever. Takes about 8 minutes to make. The outside is flaky, light, and puffy, and the inside is soft and mixed with a five blend of cheeses. The egg was runny on the inside, and it was just heavenly. I definitely recommend this dish! It is a bit pricey at $9, but it is so worth it.

New cafe in Burbank! Upon walking in, we were immediately offered samples of their butternut squash soup. Although it was vegan, it was delicious! After studying the menu, I ordered a roast beef and brie sandwich with peach iced tea at the counter. Tiffany L. got two dishes because she couldn't decide- the turkey arugula on rosemary bread and nutella banana crepe.

I got my peach iced tea on the spot, and it was great. Sweet but not too sweet with a hint of peach. After waiting for a little bit, we received our food. The roast beef and brie was delicious. Very proportional sandwich- the roast beef was tender, the baguette was yummy, and the pickles and onions on the side was the perfect topping to it.

My friend really liked her turkey arugula, and she said that she actually liked the sandwiches here better than Olive and Thyme. Her sandwich was more healthy, and I thought it was good. The rosemary bread was the perfect bread for this sandwich.

I love the fact that this restaurant has crepes! The crepe was soft, and was filled with bananas, raspberries, strawberries, and nutella. It was a great finish to our meal.

For a new restaurant, they definitely know what they're doing. Really enjoyed my  lunch here! 4 stars for food, plus 1 for service and the fact that it's new and already has everything down. I want to come back to try the egg in a pastry for breakfast!
