I feel like Koreans always have the best skin, and as a Korean beauty retailer, Memebox has surpassed my skin care expectations! This time around, I received two different skin care items, and the first one I got was their all time best seller Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubbling Clay Mask. The mask is made of charcoal powder that serves as a makeup remover and pore cleanser. The bubbles from the masks helps get rid of the dirt you accumulate throughout the day and refines and tightens pores.
The package comes with a small scooper to put the mask on your face, but I ended up using my hands which was a bad idea. The mask started bubbling on my fingers, and I ended up sticking with the scooper so it wouldn't happen. After applying everything evenly on my dry and uncleansed face, the mask started bubbling and it got super itchy at some points. When everything turned white, I massaged my face gently and rinsed it off with lukewarm water.
As you can see, my nose was too itchy :P couldn't resist scratching it!
The mask was super fun to play with, and I made a mess! My face felt super smooth and rejuvenated after, and I couldn't stop touching my face! I would recommend this product if you're in need of a face mask, as it really works its wonders!
The next item I got was the Holika Holika Gonyak Soft Perfect Bubble Foam. This product serves as a deep cleanser and gentle exfoliator in one, and it contains rich herbs and fruit oils that is perfect for hydration to the skin. The bottle itself has a soft brush tip made of silicone that you can use to rub your face to get rid of your dead skin cells.
After taking off the plastic cover, I pressed down to get the foam cleanser out through the brush tips. I love how the cleanser comes out through the brush tip, and after applying it onto my face with my hands, I used the brush to massage my face. It's super gentle and relaxing, and the cleaner smells really good too! It had a subtle floral smell, and the foam felt great on my skin.
After rinsing off the cleanser, my face felt super soft and hydrated. This may actually be my new favorite face wash! I love how it incorporates a soft brush which is perfect for getting rid of the dirt n your skin, and using a foam cleanser is great for acne and oily skin. I've been using it on a daily now, and I'm addicted! I highly recommend this product for all types of skins, and this is definitely my favorite product I've received. Thank you Memebox!!
