Staycation at Omni Hotels

DTLA is my favorite spot to be, and so I was excited to be able to experience Omni Hotel located right in the heart of Downtown! Located walking distance from The Broad, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Otium, MOCA, and more, the hotel was not only gorgeous, but was located in such a convenient location. Christine and I got to stay a night and enjoy all that Omni has to offer.

After checking in, we joined Noe Restaurant and Bar for happy hour and appetizers. The view on the patio is gorgeous- they do have heat lamps out there so we didn't have to worry about it getting cold. We started out with some drinks- I wanted to try all of the different cocktails as they were all made well. We ordered a couple appetizers to share, and I loved the plating of the appetizers the chef sent out! The highlights for me included the Lamb Arancini and the Hamachi Crudo. After happy hour, we went to our room to relax for a bit before going out for the night; the room was very spacious and comfortable! 

After a long night of drinking and bar hopping around Downtown, we woke up to enjoy the Hangover Brunch at the Grand Cafe in the hotel! They serve AYCE buffet including crab legs, prime rib, clams, and way more! I was very impressed at how everything was displayed as well as the variety of food that was offered. With bottomless mimosas and yummy food, the brunch was well worth the price! After brunch, we had a seamless check out and returned home from our little staycation. Thanks so much Omni Hotels for having us- I'm glad I got to experience Downtown from a different standpoint!
